John and Faith McLay have been involved in property management, firstly in residential properties and more recently in commercial, for a combined total of eight years.

Their storage facilities are modern tilt slab concrete and steel construction located at 23 Kennaway Road, Christchurch and comprise 66 purpose built storage units in the industrial area of Woolston. The site allows easy access to both the Lyttleton port area and Christchurch city.

All units have roller garage doors for easy loading. Each doorway will allow access to a height of 2.1 to 2.5 metres and width of 3.2 to 3.6 metres. The driveway between the units gives an easy turnaround for larger vehicles and trucks. The units are clean and dry and offer good security, including an electronic gate with a swipe card access. Security is insurance company compliant.

The units offer a clean and secure environment suitable for many storage needs including storage of house lots of furniture, commercial dry goods, office records or as a storage base for boats, Cars or equipment.
